• Aspirants must have training in counseling technique and / or any therapeutic module.
• Experience in counseling students of highly competitive residential institutes of higher learning.
• Candidates should have administrative experience in managing relevant counseling service set-ups.

Job Description :- Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur Hiring willing and qualified Jobseekers through IIT Kanpur 2014 notification to recruit for the posts of Students’ Counselor vacancy.

Qualification :-

Admissible contenders should obsess the 1st class M. Phil Degree in clinical Psychology with 2 years relevant experience.

Or

1st class MA in clinical Psychology along with 3 years experience in relevant field.

Age Limit :-Job hunter’s age should not be more than 55 years as per rules.

Pay Scale :-Pay band of Rs. 15600-39100/- with the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- will be paid to the contenders after getting appointment on the post.

Selection Procedure :-Shortlisted contenders will be selected on the basis of interview.

• The fee of application will be of Rs. 500/- for all other applicants.
• SC/ST/PH entrants are free from any payment of application fee.
