Job Description :- 

• The dedicated and energetic job seekers must read this HAL recruitment 2013 Advertisement which is to inform that Hindustan Aeronautics Limited wants to appoint persons on the 285 posts of Management Trainee.
• Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) invites Online Application Form from eligible job searchers for filling up Management Trainee Vacancies. The application form will be filled by the candidates to 11th October 2013.

Qualification :-Job fighters who want to apply against CEL vacancies they must have complete their Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant stream from any recognized university.

Age Limit :-Not more than 28 years as on 31 August 2013. Relaxation in age will be applied as per government rules.

Selection Procedure :-Aspirants will select on the basis of written test followed by the Interview. 

Pay scale: After successful submission of training Selected job searcher will get the Basic Pay of Rs. 16,400/- in the Grade-II Scale of Pay of Rs. 16,400-40,500/.
